Maintaining your health is highly important before and during pregnancy to make sure to have a very successful pregnancy. Some people think that when a woman is pregnant, she should just stay in the house and watch out for her own wellbeing. This is where most people are wrong. It is important to have a pregnant woman perform some necessary exercises to make sure that her body won’t get brittle as her stomach grows bigger, and avoid having gestational diabetes.
There are three pregnancy stages that we should all remember. During the first trimester of pregnancy, expect a lot of pregnancy symptoms like breast size changes, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, frequent urination and many more. This is also where the stomach starts growing as the uterus grows to a size of a grapefruit. At this point, just make sure to do the prenatal care, having healthy diets, and as I’ve said above, regular exercises. Next is the second trimester, where the woman starts to grow more and a little more scatterbrained and experience more mood swings. Pregnancy discomforts also come in as the pregnant woman starts experiencing sleeping problems and contractions. This is also where magic starts happening as the child inside the womb begins developing some senses and constantly practice kicking movements. In the third and last trimester, the woman starts urinating some more and the belly will loom like the child will actually come out from it. This will be the best time to attend childbirth and breast feeding classes. The last stages of development on the child’s body is about to be finished and in just a few more waiting, the miracle of life will be occurring.
